Castlebridge Hospitality Management, the Warwickshire-based company behind several of the UK’s most characterful hotels, has announced two senior leadership appointments as it continues to expand its portfolio.
Rebecca Bozeat-Manzi has been promoted to Group Director – Sales & Marketing, while Scott Rankin steps into the role of Group Director – Operations. Both appointments come from within the company, reflecting what Managing Director Craig Patterson describes as “the depth of talent within Castlebridge Hospitality.”

Rankin, meanwhile, will focus on day-to-day operational support for the hotels, ensuring consistency, financial performance, and guest experience standards across the group. His remit includes particular emphasis on profitability, health and safety, and service delivery.
