Warwickshire-based hotel management company Castlebridge Hospitality has announced two strategic senior appointments to support its growth plans. Rebecca Bozeat-Moanzi joins as Head of Sales and Zachary Lovelle takes on the role of Social Media Manager.
The appointments come as Castlebridge continues to expand its portfolio, which includes Hotel Indigo properties in Coventry, Bath, Chester, and Stratford upon Avon, as well as Holiday Inn Winchester and Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport.
Bozeat-Moanzi brings over two decades of hospitality experience to her new role, having worked across operations, food and beverage, and meetings and events for major hotel groups including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. Her diverse background includes an unusual career path – before entering hospitality, she earned a BA Honours degree in Professional Acting from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and worked as an actress before transitioning into retail management.
Lovelle joins the marketing team with specialized expertise in hospitality social media. In his previous role, he achieved remarkable results, increasing social media viewership by 3,900% to 6,566% through strategic content creation. His approach combines cognitive psychology and experiential learning principles to develop effective marketing strategies.
Scott Rankin, Group Operations Manager at Castlebridge Hospitality, expressed confidence in the new appointments: “We’re delighted to appoint Rebecca and Zachary. Both bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise in the hospitality industry. I’m confident they will be a fantastic asset to our team as well as maximizing our hotel’s potential and adding great value to our business.”
The Leamington Spa-headquartered company continues to strengthen its position in the UK hospitality sector through these strategic hires, focusing on enhancing both traditional sales channels and digital marketing capabilities.
